Introduction:

Spherical roller bearings have two rows of rollers with one common spherical raceway in the outer ring and two inner ring raceways inclined at an angle to the bearing axis.The self-aligning spherical roller bearing can accommodate both radial and thrust loads and is designed to operate even if the shaft and housing become misaligned under load. This type of bearing is the favoured choice when operating conditions include heavy loads plus difficulties in establishing or maintaining shaft alignment relative to the bearing housing.

Design features:

MJE spherical roller bearing have different designs for the inner ring and cage.

CA TYPE: These bearing feature based on one piece precision-machined brass cage and symmetric rollers.The designs are optimized to offer considerable higher load ratings than conventional designs for a broad range of applications and long service life.

CC TYPE: These bearings feature based on two window-type steel cage and symmetric rollers. There is a flangeless inner ring with a guide ring centered on the inner ring.

MB TYPE: These bearings feature based on two piece precision-machined brass cage being an improvement over the conventional design. These bearings incorporate symmetrical rollers and are equivalent to CC design in load capacity.

E TYPE: These bearings consist of symmetric rollers,floating guide ring through the double row roller, inner ring without rib, two sheet steel cages. Dynamic load rating average prolonged 25%-35%. Thus, at the same condition, the rating life of E type bearing is about 2-3 times than old design.

Radial and axial load capacity:

Spherical roller bearing can support axial forces in both directions and high radial forces.They are designed for very high load carrying capacity and suitable for the heaviest loads.

Cylindrical bore bearing:

All series of spherical roller bearings have a cylindrical bore design.

Tapered bore bearing:

Based on certain requirement, spherical roller bearing inner ring has tapered bore design, and the bearing suffix K indicates bore taper 1:12 .

Lubrication groove and lubrication hole:

To facilitate and easily lubricated, MJE spherical roller bearing with lubrication hole and lubrication groove.

There are one lubrication groove and three lubrication holes on the ex-circle of outer ring,the suffix is W33.

There are thee lubrication holes on the ex-circle of outer ring, the suffix is W20.

Operating temperature:

The operating temperature range of spherical roller bearings with metal cage is from -30 to +200 degree centigrade.

The working temperature of bearings with glass fiber reinforced nylon cage applicable up to +120 degree centigrade.
